Strategic institutional funding support for mission-driven nonprofits.
Big ideas, real impact.
We partner with mission-driven nonprofits to turn vision into funded, sustainable programs. Through hands-on grant writing, institutional funding strategy, and partnership development, we help organizations move from possibility to action, building the resources they need to deliver real impact in the communities they serve.
This is where strategy meets execution.
This is where mission becomes momentum.
Who We Are
-
We believe meaningful impact starts with alignment: mission, community, strategy, and execution, all pointing the same direction. We operate as an extension of the organizations we serve, embedding ourselves in their programs and goals so funding strategies stay realistic and mission-aligned, not just competitive. That means combining big-picture thinking with hands-on execution: translating vision into funded action through grant writing, institutional funding development, and partnership building. Every strategy is custom-built. Every engagement is personal. Every plan is built to last.

Integrity
We build funding strategies rooted in honesty, transparency, and accountability.Partnership
We work with organizations, not on them. Trust, collaboration, and shared ownership guide every engagement.Community-Centered Impact
The voices of the people served are central to the programs we help fund. Impact is strongest when it is shaped by lived experience.Sustainability
We prioritize long-term funding health over short-term wins, building systems and strategies that organizations can sustain.Excellence in Execution
We are committed to quality, clarity, and consistency in every proposal and partnership. -
This work was built from a deep belief that strong missions deserve strong funding, and that nonprofits deserve partners who are as invested in their success as they are.
With more than a decade of experience in nonprofit fundraising, our founder, Shana, has worked across institutional funding, corporate partnerships, and program development. Through that work came a clear truth: many nonprofits don't lack vision, commitment, or impact. They lack access to hands-on, trustworthy funding support that meets them where they are.
This practice was created to bridge that gap: funding treated as a relationship, not a transaction.

Sea glass starts as something discarded, a broken bottle, tossed aside. It's not the discarding that makes it valuable. It's what happens after: years of tumbling in the tide, worn smooth by conditions most people would call rough. By the time it washes up, nobody sees broken glass anymore. They see something worth picking up.
The funding a nonprofit needs works the same way. It's rarely sitting in the one obvious place everyone already applies to. It's often overlooked, or it takes real, steady work to become something an organization can count on. Seaglass Grants is named for that process: finding the value that's already there, and doing the work it takes to bring it in.

We help you turn your programs and projects into compelling, fundable opportunities. Using a proven toolkit, we assess grant readiness and capture the key details that make your work stand out.
Through careful research and alignment, we narrow hundreds of potential grants down to the top 10–15 with the strongest fit and highest likelihood of success.
The result is a Funding Strategy, a clear, actionable roadmap that guides your grant pursuit over the next 12–18 months, so you can focus on making impact while knowing exactly where to invest your energy.
-
We craft compelling letters of intent, develop clear and accurate project budgets, and write grant narratives that showcase your mission and impact in a way that resonates with funders.
For clients working with us on an ongoing basis, that also means keeping your grant calendar current, tracking deadlines across every active application, and coordinating with your team so nothing slips through the cracks.
From the very first funder outreach to the moment you hit submit, we work alongside you every step of the way, offering guidance, strategy, and attention to detail, to ensure your proposals are polished, persuasive, and positioned for success.
Our goal is to take the stress out of the process so you can focus on what matters most: advancing your programs and making a meaningful difference.

A strong corporate partnerships strategy does more than grow your funding, it builds long-term relationships, enhances your organization's visibility, and creates opportunities for engagement that go beyond traditional grants. I bring a holistic approach, from event sponsorships, cause marketing, and corporate foundations to advisory boards and event leadership, with particular depth in employee engagement: helping organizations tap into matching gifts, volunteer grants, and team volunteer days, often an overlooked source of corporate dollars sitting closer than people realize. By leveraging these connections strategically, your organization can increase institutional support and strengthen your network.
